About us

Established in 1999, Hooves, Paws & More Wiltshire is a family-run business catering to a small number of dogs. The dogs stay in our home which can also suit dogs who cannot settle in a traditional kennel environment. We hold a 5-star license classification awarded by Wiltshire Council. Our property is situated on the edge of Salisbury Plain with plenty of fantastic dog walks and has ample space for dogs to play in our paddocks. All our services are fully insured as we are awarded by the Wiltshire Council. 

We are open all year round and we do not have set opening times, as we prefer to be flexible with the arrival and departure of the dog to suit the owners. We provide a safe environment for your dogs to stay. Rest assured that your pets will be in good hands and fed according to their individual needs. We also care for dogs with specific medical needs and are able to administer medication. 

Your pets will also sleep in their own beds so that they are comfortable. You can also count on us to take your dog for a walk as per their need and love them as a part of our family. We hold a Dog First Aid Certificate and will be soon completing a dog behavioural course, the Canine Body Language Workshop to gain a professional qualification. We offer tester sessions so that you feel the connection and the placement for your dog is correct. We also have 2 lurchers of our own, who mix well and keep company and play with the visiting dogs.

We are able to offer overnight accommodation with a flexible drop off and pick-up time. We recommend our guest dogs to arrive with their own food, bedding and toys as it helps them to settle in.
